Overview

IPM8103 single-phase portable energy meter inspection device is a lightweight desktop watt-hour meter inspection device 

with high-tech content. The product is equipped with a single-phase high stability programmed power source and built-in 

multi-function standard table, which can be operated by keyboard for simple function test or controlled by PC. PC machine 

has complete inspection items, high measurement accuracy, good long-term stability, high automation, wide output range, 

small distortion, high stability and other advantages.

This device is suitable for the verification of electronic and electromechanical single-phase active and reactive power meters, 

as well as multi-functional energy meters.

This device can provide abundant power information: AC voltage, AC current, phase between voltage and current, power factor, 

active power, reactive power, apparent power, frequency, etc.

The device can have 1-3 epitopes, a built-in error processor, or an external error processor.

This device can be used for product development, product maintenance, production line debugging, etc. In combination with the 

underlying dynamic link library developed by our company, customers can develop their own automatic meter adjustment software.

Output Voltage Current Distortion
Device output voltage current distortion is not greater than 0.5% (tested under linear load)

Output power stability
The output power set by the unit does not change more than 0.02% relative to the range in 180S.

Power pulse
Standard meter power pulse output: 1) for error calculator to calculate the errors detected; 2) Used when the standard form is 

submitted to a metrological verification institution at the next higher level for verification. Refer to the Standard Table Part of 

the Constant Table for pulse constants.
